What are Upgrade Education's working hours?

Our hours are Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00 (GMT+2, Romanian time). We answer emails within a maximum of 24 working hours. Sessions with mentors can also be arranged outside this interval, depending on the availability of the student and the mentor.

Upgrade Education's office is located in Conect Business Park, on Blvd. Dimitrie Pompeiu 10A, Cladirea Conect I, Etajul 1, in Bucharest, Romania. The area is accessible by metro (Pipera station) and by car (parking available). All mentoring sessions can also be held online, regardless of the student's location.

Is the session with a mentor free?

Yes, the first session with an Upgrade Education mentor is completely free, a consultation of approximately 1 hour in which we discuss your academic profile, your goals and the steps you can take. There is no obligation to continue with a paid program after this initial session.

In which languages can I communicate with Upgrade Education?

The Upgrade Education team communicates fluently in Romanian and English. Our international mentors can offer sessions in English. For students in the Republic of Moldova or for Romanians in the diaspora, all sessions can be held online in the chosen language.
