Tu \u00eei r\u0103spunzi, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 te g\u00e2nde\u0219ti prea mult: \u201e\u00cemi place Oasis.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Apoi, te mai \u00eentreab\u0103 c\u00e2te ceva: C\u00e2nd s-a format trupa? C\u00e2te albume au lansat? Care este cel mai bun album?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nu face asta neap\u0103rat pentru c\u0103 \u00eei place Oasis, ci pentru a-\u021bi testa \u021bie curiozitatea. Dac\u0103 \u0219tii s\u0103 r\u0103spunzi, trage o concluzie valoroas\u0103 despre tine: anume c\u0103, atunci c\u00e2nd e\u0219ti pasionat de ceva, e\u0219ti dispus s\u0103 cercetezi p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een cele mai mici detalii, s\u0103 afli lucruri pe care majoritatea lumii nu le \u0219tie \u0219i s\u0103-\u021bi urmezi curiozitatea oriunde te duce ea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><b>Trei: Caut\u0103 s\u0103 ai reac\u021bii pozitive la \u00eentreb\u0103ri dificile<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Orice interviu va \u00eencerca s\u0103 te scoat\u0103 din zona de confort \u2013 altfel, angajatorii nu ar avea cum s\u0103-\u0219i dea seama cum vei reac\u021biona la situa\u021bii imprevizibile, cum te vei adapta la schimb\u0103ri constante \u0219i cum vei lucra sub presiune. Oric\u00e2t de preg\u0103tit\/\u0103 ai fi, un intervievator bun va \u00eencerca s\u0103 te duc\u0103 \u00eentr-o zon\u0103 \u00een care nu mai \u0219tii at\u00e2t de multe. \u00cen aceast\u0103 zon\u0103, tot ce ai citit sau \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat p\u00e2n\u0103 acum s-ar putea s\u0103 nu \u00ee\u021bi mai fie at\u00e2t de util. Dar exact aici se vede cel mai bine caracterul cuiva. Dac\u0103 te panichezi sau te sperii, vei da un r\u0103spuns generic, lipsit de inspira\u021bie \u0219i, poate, chiar gre\u0219it. Ce s\u0103 faci \u00een schimb?<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Admite c\u0103 scenariul prezentat de angajator este unul cu care nu te-ai mai confruntat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00centoarce-te la principiile de baz\u0103 care guverneaz\u0103 lumea \u2013 ac\u021biune\/reac\u021biune, cauz\u0103\/efect \u2013 \u0219i \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 g\u0103se\u0219ti un r\u0103spuns logic.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">G\u00e2nde\u0219te cu voce tare \u2013 procesul t\u0103u de g\u00e2ndire este mai important dec\u00e2t r\u0103spunsul final.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nu este at\u00e2t de important s\u0103 ajungi la r\u0103spunsul corect.
